A spacious hip to gable/dormer conversion, including UPVC windows, two VELUX windows & a bespoke access staircase.
After a series of in-depth consultations, our client in Dudley opted for a hip to gable/dormer conversion. This completely transformed their existing loft into a large & luxurious master bedroom complete with en suite shower room. The family also benefited from a spacious walk-in wardrobe, giving them plenty of extra storage.
The loft was further enhanced with a dormer to the rear of the property to maximise the space and the rooms full potential. We positioned the bespoke staircase to have the least impact on the space below.
