Struggling for space at their 3 bedroom semi, our client contacted us to discuss the concept of a loft conversion. Following a detailed consultation it was decided a rear dormer conversion would be the best option. The loft space was fully utilised to create a spacious 4^th bedroom for their young son, complete with fitted double wardrobes for plenty of storage.

The conversion also included a separate room which was utilised as an office space. Two VELUX windows were installed to ensure maximum levels of natural daylight along with a bespoke staircase.

This conversion has created a fantastic multi-functional space for the family, with work, rest & play all in one!
